1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

Each Player may register only one Account on the jadiking88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change.

Full account functionality — including withdrawals above the minimum threshold — is conditional upon completion of KYC verification. Jadiking88 may request any of the following documents:

You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using jadiking88, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational entertainment purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the platform.

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. All bets and wagers placed on jadiking88 are final once confirmed. Jadiking88 does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from your use of the platform. 6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jadiking88 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank online banking. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources — including family members, friends, or anonymous payment services — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own legal name. Jadiking88 processes most MYR withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out below:

• DuitNow transfers: Typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• FPX / Online Banking: Typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

• Manual bank transfers: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Jadiking88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.

If an Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, jadiking88 reserves the right to classify the Account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of up to RM10 per month after written notice is provided to the registered email address. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact our support team.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Jadiking88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, Mix Parlay boosts, and free spins. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Standard rollover requirements range from x10 to x30 of the bonus amount — the specific requirement will be stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds. The standard maximum bet per round or spin when using active bonus funds is RM50 unless otherwise specified in the offer. Placing bets above this limit may void the bonus.
• Different game types contribute to rollover at different rates: slots typically contribute 100%, live table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute 50–100% depending on the offer. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry window — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting — as stated in the applicable offer. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived solely from expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Jadiking88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not have it retrospectively voided without reasonable notice except in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or collusion with other Players to farm bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jadiking88 are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when jadiking88's systems successfully register and acknowledge the wager. A confirmation notification is issued at the time of successful bet placement.
• Jadiking88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets that were subject to technical errors, incorrect odds resulting from manifest error, or where an event was cancelled or could not be determined under the applicable event rules.
• For sports betting — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, AFC Champions League, UFC, and all other covered competitions — specific rules governing settlement, void markets, and extra-time provisions are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.
• For live in-play betting, connectivity issues on the Player's end that prevent timely bet placement are the Player's responsibility. Jadiking88 is not liable for missed live betting opportunities arising from the Player's internet connection, device performance, or other factors outside the platform's control.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per 24-hour period, as published in the platform's sportsbook terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout cap will be settled at the capped amount.
• Jadiking88 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or restrict betting activity on any Player's Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player is suspected of exploiting pricing errors, engaging in arbitrage, or placing bets in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jadiking88 platform. Violation of any provision below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held at the time of the violation:

• Registering or using an Account under a false name, alias, or third-party identity.
• Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing limits, or evading a previously imposed restriction.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or other fraudulent activity in connection with any game or sporting event available on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise tamper with any part of the platform's software, algorithms, or random number generation systems.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for the placement of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including sharing credentials for commercial purposes.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while falsifying your location via VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Jadiking88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any product-specific rules.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• The Player's Account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Jadiking88 is required to suspend or close the Account under any applicable regulatory, legal, or contractual obligation.

Where an Account is closed following a material breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any necessary investigation, subject to the deduction of any outstanding liabilities owed to jadiking88.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jadiking88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, website layout, software, game content, written copy, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jadiking88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal and recreational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written authorisation from jadiking88.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jadiking88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

13 Responsible Gambling
